2. Purpose

These conditions regulate the contracting and purchase process for products offered through the website www.animafresca.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the sales transactions carried out between Vesunai SL and the user/customer.

3. Minimum Age

The purchase of alcoholic products is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Products and Prices

The products offered are wines and other related items. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the current VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be detailed during the purchase process before order confirmation.

Vesunai SL reserves the right to modify prices, products, and promotions without prior notice, always respecting the conditions in force at the time of purchase.

5. Purchase Process

The user can select products, add them to the cart, and finalize the purchase by following the steps indicated on the website. Before final order confirmation, the customer can review and correct any errors. The purchase will not be considered complete until Vesunai SL receives payment and confirms the order via email.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (if enabled)

  • Other electronic methods specified on the website

All payments are made through secure gateways, and data is transmitted encrypted.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped exclusively within Spanish territory (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping costs are detailed before finalizing the purchase and may vary depending on quantity and destination.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, such as food products or alcoholic beverages.

However, if the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact info@animafresca.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order, attaching photos of the damage. A solution (exchange or refund) will be offered.

9. Invoicing

The customer can request an electronic or physical invoice during the purchase process or by writing to info@animafresca.com, providing their tax details.

10. Legal Guarantee

The products marketed are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by current regulations. For any issues, the customer can contact info@animafresca.com.

11. Data Protection

The processing of customer personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, and is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, both parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile or the place of fulfillment of the obligation.
